Services | Alyra Technology
Five AI services for middle-market companies: strategy, workflow analysis, workshops, fractional AI leadership and governance, and custom software.
01. Strategy & AI Advisory
We talk it through and find the real problem and the vision before we solve either.
Every engagement starts with your business and the people inside it. We work out which problems are worth solving with AI, what each one would return, and what has to be true before a build makes sense. That sometimes means telling you to wait, which is cheaper to hear now than a year into a build. Most begin with a single conversation on the decision in front of you, or with Launchpad: four weeks, fixed scope, ending in the use cases worth funding, ranked, and a roadmap your leadership can put a budget behind.
- AI readiness assessment
- Use case identification and ranking
- Business case and return modelling
- Feasibility studies
- Strategic roadmapping
- Stakeholder and user research
02. Workflow Analysis
We measure how the work actually runs, not how the org chart says it does.
We instrument how work happens across the tools you approve: which systems each workflow touches, where the handoffs stall, and which hours disappear into copy-paste between platforms that do not talk. You get the map, the measured numbers, and a ranked list of what is worth automating. Most begin with a fixed-scope baseline on one team or department. Left running across the operation, the measurement is what every later build gets judged against. Measurement is also how a Launchpad diagnostic starts from what your operation actually does rather than from what people remember it doing.
- Workflow discovery and mapping
- Time and effort measurement by team and tool
- Handoff and bottleneck analysis
- Automation opportunity ranking with hours attached
- Top-performer workflow comparison
- Adoption measurement after rollout
Private by design
- You choose the teams and whitelist the applications; nothing outside the approved list is ever mined
- Data categories you mark sensitive, medical record numbers included, are redacted before anything leaves your environment
- Redaction reads field labels, page structure, and on-screen text, so sensitive fields are caught however they appear
- Entire applications, email or chat included, can be visually blurred
- Workflow data is pseudonymized by default
03. AI Workshops
The fastest gains are sitting in the licences you already pay for.
Owning the licences and working confidently in them are two different things, and the gap between them is where most AI spend sits idle. Workshops, so people leave having done real work with AI rather than having watched a demo. Leaders first, so ambition and guardrails are set at the top: a half-day with your leadership team, run on your actual operation. Then the teams using AI every day, role by role and scoped to the licences you already pay for.
- Executive and leadership workshops
- Role-based training on the tools you already own
- Prompting and workflow design
- AI playbooks by team and role
- Safe use of company data
- Internal AI champions
04. Fractional Chief AI Officer
The AI executive you need before you can justify the hire.
We sit alongside your executive team the way a chief AI officer would: setting the strategy, owning the roadmap, governing the risk, and staying accountable for what goes live. Accountability for what goes live is where most fractional arrangements end and ours does not. Leadership and governance are the same job here, because the person deciding what gets built is the right person to answer for how that system behaves in production. Most begin with a fixed-scope exposure review of the AI already in your business, then the role runs at whatever intensity the season calls for, from a standing rhythm with your executives to days each week inside the operation.
- AI strategy and roadmap (with quarterly refresh)
- Deciding what gets built next
- Clear ownership of AI decisions
- Board updates your leadership can present
- Vendor evaluation, and vendor AI risk
- AI governance framework and policy authoring
- Regulatory readiness
- Guardrails on what the AI can do
- Model oversight, monitoring and drift detection
- Bias and fairness testing
- Catching wrong answers before they reach anyone
- AI incident response and recovery planning
- Alignment between IT, legal and the people doing the work
- Capability building (team, training, hiring)
- Performance measurement and ROI tracking
05. Custom Software & Integrations
Most AI demos never survive contact with production.
New builds, modernizations, and agentic systems all get the same treatment here: senior people on the work and a quality bar that holds at launch and keeps holding afterward. Each build runs one of two ways: a scoped engagement with a fixed team and milestones you can hold us to, or our engineers deployed forward inside your environment when the system has to live in your infrastructure from day one. The unglamorous half of the job is included: data in a shape AI can use, and the platforms you already run on earning their keep.
- Scalable and secure architecture
- Enterprise platform integration
- AI-ready data architecture
- Forward-deployed engineering
- AI agent orchestration
- Interface and interaction design
- Keeping AI running costs predictable
